Mary Ann Stallings, president of Bridge to Better Living (BBL), founded her company in 2010 with a clear vision of helping Seniors find the most appropriate Retirement Community meeting their criteria and needs. To support her dream, Stallings selected her corporate staff very carefully. Her team of women proudly offer over a combined 80 years of experience and knowledge in the Senior care industry. Stallings’ staff of three generations works as a team and makes decisions together. The secret is the culture of the organization, which is driven by one vision: to help Seniors and their families. They all play an integral part in the strategic planning of the business.

Kristine Dykeman-Schoening, Director of Operations, brings her extensive background with a large Senior-living continuum to the team. She holds a B.A. in psychology along with certifications in gerontology and is a licensed Nebraska social worker.

 

Margaret Burnham, Transition Consultant, is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree and certificate in Gerontology. She has her certification in dementia and brings her medical expertise to the team when working with clients and families.

 

Stephanie Sacco, Transition Consultant, has worked extensively with Seniors while opening new retirement communities. She brings the retirement living business knowledge to the team and a deep passion for Seniors.

 

Kaye Jesske, Director of Marketing, brings her talents and background in networking and business development to the team. She enjoys developing lasting relationships and working with Seniors.
