“I had the great fortune of serving with Liza on the Board of Directors for the Denver chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. She is among the most thoughtful and principled leaders I have ever engaged with and always put the needs of the organization ahead of her own. It is a true joy working with Liza and she has earned a reputation as a key thought leader in the Colorado business community.”

“Not only was she extremely responsive, organized, and knowledgeable, but she also took time to walk us through details of the process …I’d highly recommend Liza and will work with her again!”

Liza Olson, Certified Senior Advisor®
Franchise Owner/ Bridge to Better Living Denver (Central & South), Colorado
Hi there, I am Liza Olson, franchise owner of Bridge to Better Living Denver. I am thrilled to serve as a Senior Living Consultant in the Denver community. After knowing Mary Ann, Bridge to Better Living’s Founder and Owner, since I was very young and following her team’s success, I was inspired to join the Bridge to Better Living family.
I am a connector and caregiver at heart, and after having two little boys, I was looking for a career change where I could better align my heart to my work and make a difference.
Growing up, I was very close with my grandparents. As I watched them age, I realized their needs were changing. My grandmothers lived alone for several years after losing my grandfathers, and while they were healthy and able, they began to need additional community, support, and eventually memory care.
It was stressful for my parents to find the right living situation while balancing raising kids and their careers. I recognize first-hand the difference a senior living consultant can make during this, sometimes difficult, transition.
“In this life, we cannot always do great things. But we can do small things with great love.” Mother Teresa

My focus is helping individuals and couples find the right senior living community when the time comes, and with that, often they choose to sell their family home, which comes with bittersweet feelings. With compassion, I can seamlessly help make introductions to senior communities that would best meet their needs and assist with the proper listing of their home in the Denver area. Families who work with me can then truly focus on helping their elderly loved ones create a happy, new chapter in their lives.
I have a diverse professional background beginning with a BS in finance and a law degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I moved to Colorado and practiced law for a short time before making the leap into professional business development. After 15 years, I pursued my passion for real estate and obtained my real estate license in Colorado. The constant in all of that is my desire to work with people to solve problems and make the world a better place. In addition to owning Bridge to Better Living, I am a broker with KM Luxury Homes, a boutique brokerage focusing on caring, integrity, and service.
You will often find me at RISE Collaborative Workspace at 7th and Colorado Blvd, one of two co-working locations in the Country supporting paths to success for professional women. Being involved in my community has always been important to me. I served on the Association for Corporate Growth board and led the organization’s Collaborative Leadership Breakfast initiative. I am currently the fundraising chair for Bethany Lutheran MOPS, and I participate and support Platt Park Church. I have proudly campaigned for the Go Red for Women movement through the American Heart Association and I am active with the Alzheimer’s Association, and Estate Planning Council in Denver. I value learning and improving my skills; therefore, I am working toward my Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certification and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) certification.
I reside in Denver’s Washington Park neighborhood with my husband Ryan and our two boys, Maddux and Ollinder, and our giant Airedale Terrier, Tanner. I balance my commitment to work with learning new things, listening to music and going to concerts, staying active outdoors with things like golf and hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
