Senior Citizens Nutrition Program (SCNP), commonly also known as the “Meals on Wheels Program” is more than a meal service program for individuals 60 years and older residing in Mecklenburg County. We believe, this program positively impacts the health and independence of seniors because the services we provide promote nutritional, physical and social well-being.
