Headshot Of Bridge To Better Living Newest Franchisee Marcia

We would like to officially welcome our newest franchisee, Marcia Buchla to the Bridge to Better Living team! Marcia will be helping Seniors and their families in Port Charlotte, Florida find the right community for every Senior.

Marcia is a jack of all trades, and has spent 20 years in banking, was once a USPS letter carrier, a county clerk operations manager, and has held other various administrator positions. However, her past experiences in banking will best serve her in her career with Bridge to Better Living, as she worked with sensitive topics and problem solved to help people overcome financial issues. In the training department of banking, Marcia designed programs to assist all levels of employees from entry to executive.

Marcia became the newest franchisee of Bridge to Better Living because it had always been a dream of hers to own her own business, but she couldn’t figure out how to leverage her skills and desire to best help people until she found Bridge to Better Living. Marcia realized that Bridge to Better Living has the same values that she does. The core values of Bridge to Better Living are loyalty, integrity, versatility, honest and being genuine, and these align with her personal beliefs.

Marcia has been described as adaptable, upbeat, and always brings a great attitude to the table in order to tackle both big or small problems with a smile on her face. She finds ways outside the box to accommodate needs and will go to great lengths to find solutions to problems either with research or her own personal knowledge. She has been known to look out for the best interests of the community, and all of these qualities will make Marcia a great fit in the Bridge to Better Living family.

Marcia plans on bringing her approachability to the table as the newest franchisee of Bridge to Better Living as she is willing and enjoys reaching out to others in both the client and the community aspect.

She moved from Connecticut to Florida in 2001 to enjoy the sun and escape the snow. In her free tine, she loves to watch minor league spring training baseball. Another fun fact about Marcia is that she loves cats! In fact, she just got a new kitten named Oliver. The kitten was found in a friend’s workshop and was separated from his mother at just a few weeks old.
